The Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences is seeking three researchers, experts on Georgia, Iraq and Nigeria, who want to join the project team working on post-return monitoring & fundamental rights. This study is a part of the Horizon Europe project “Finding Agreements in Return – FAiR”.
We invite applications from researchers with a PhD degree, specialising in migration, especially return migration to Georgia, Iraq and Nigeria, and having an understanding of human rights. We expect a proven strong background in qualitative research analysis and an excellent command of English.
Researchers will be invited to co-write a report about post-return human rights monitoring based on the fieldwork already conducted, and complemented by desk research, they will be responsible for preparing.
The work will be fully remote, and the contract will span from 1 October to 20 December 2025.
