The Centre for Comparative Private Law at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences invites you to save the date for an international conference organised as part of the research project “Tax Arbitration in the European Union”.

The conference will present the results of research carried out under the project, including:
- a comparative analysis of tax arbitration models in selected EU Member States, with particular attention to the Portuguese experience;
- the EU legal framework for resolving tax disputes through alternative methods; and
- prospects for introducing tax arbitration in Poland under current regulations.
Academics, legal practitioners, judges, and representatives of tax authorities and arbitration institutions will be invited to take part. The full programme, list of speakers and registration details will be announced soon.
