On 18 March 2026, the research team of the project “Tax Arbitration in the European Union” took part in a panel discussion at the European Parliament entitled “Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Internal Market – the Role of Tax Arbitration in the EU”. The event was organised by Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz MEP (Poland).
The panel brought together:
- Members of the European Parliament;
- Academics;
- Legal practitioners; and
- Representatives of the Portuguese tax arbitration institution (CAAD).
