Assistant Professor at the Poznan Center for Human Rights of the ILS PAS since 2013. In 2019 she defended her dissertation “Special Procedures of the UN Human Rights Council” at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

Co-editor of the first Polish commentary to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, author of publications on human rights. Her research interests oscillate around the issues of UN human rights protection mechanisms (especially the system of special procedures of the Human Rights Council), economic, social and cultural rights and constitutional rights and freedoms of the individual.

Since 2015, she has been responsible for the organisation of the Summer Course on International Protection of Human Rights; Summer Course on International Protection of Human Rights ‘Gender in Law and Practice’ (27.08.-5.09.2018); Refugees and Migrants in International Human Rights Law (22-31.08.2016; 3-12.07.2017); Summer Course on International Protection of Human Rights ‘Resolution of Conflicts Concerning Minorities’ (31.08.-9.10.2015).


Participation in research projects:

  • Since 2017: Impact of the universal standard of human rights protection on the case law of the European Court of Human Rights. Critical Analysis. Project financed by the National Science Center of Poland.
  • 2013-2018: International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights – A Commentary. Project financed by the National Science Center of Poland.
  • 2014-2015: Fostering Human Rights Among European (Internal and External) Policies (FRAME). Project financed by the 7th Framework Program of the European Commission (FP7/2007-2013).
