Head of the Center for Family Law and the Rights of the Child.
His interests of research include: civil law, with particular emphasis on family and inheritance law, including, in particular, the legal protection of the child and the family, including the relationship between children’s and parents, including maintenance obligation, parental responsibility, foster care , and the administration of justice in family matters, social security law.
Head and Co-author grant: The minor child, parents and the state. Contemporary Polish legal conditions for implementation of the principles of the child’s best interests and participation (National Science Centre, UMO-2015/19/B/HS5/03014, field of research: child in foster care).
