Research Associate in the Department of Private Law, Dr Gabriela Lenarczyk, was awarded the prestigious Thomas Edison Innovation Law and Policy Fellowship from the Center for Intellectual Property x Innovation Policy (C-IP2) at George Mason University, Antonin Scalia Law School.
The Fellowship is one of the central elements of C-IP2’s mission to promote better academic discussion on intellectual property rights. As part of the fellowship, Dr Lenarczyk will participate in a series of meetings to discuss her research with experts and industry representatives.
During the fellowship, Dr. Lenarczyk will focus her research on examining the Protection of Commercially Confidential Information in Regulatory Frameworks and Policies Governing Clinical Trial Data Sharing in the EU and the US.
