Centre for Comparative Religious Law

The Centre for Comparative Religious Law mainly investigates the issues of rights and duties resulting from the freedom of religion and the domestic and international regulations of its protection (in particular, it analyses the relevant case law of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union), as well as the problems associated with the pluralism of the forms of state-church relations in contemporary contexts connected with global processes, threats and challenges (e.g. emigration, integration, cultural-religious conflicts, and the maintenance of religious peace).
