Doctor Habil. of Juridical Sciences, Professor at the Department of Administrative Law at the Institute of Law Studies PAS. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. He graduated from the School of English and European Law and the School of American Law.

Member of the Scientific Council of the INP PAN. Member of the Scientific Council of the Publishing House of the INP PAN. Member of the Disciplinary Appeal Committee at the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Secretary of the editorial board of Orzecznictwa Sądów Polskich. Member of the Polish Legislation Society, the Polish Economic Society and a permanent associate of the OBSiL of the National Council of Legal Advisers.

He lectured at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and the University of Warsaw.

Research interests:

  • antitrust law,
  • administrative procedures,
  • foreign investment control,
  • transnational administrative law.


Managed research projects

Manager and Principal Investigator in the research project ‘Transnational networks of public administrations and their impact on the national legal order (based on the example of the network of competition authorities)’. The project is being carried out and funded under the NCN Opus 12 competition (contract no. UMO-2016/23/B/HS5/03605), carried out from 12 April 2019 to 11 April 2022.


Awards

Second prize in the competition for the best doctoral thesis defended in 2011, organised by the monthly scientific journal “Państwo i Prawo”.

Fellowships

Scholarship holder of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for outstanding young scientists from 2011 to 2013.
