The series publishes short legal monographs that comprehensively present current, fundamental legal issues that are relevant to the socio-economic environment in all areas of life, including the direct application of the law by citizens. The items prepared will inspire further in-depth studies of the issues they address.
The lead editor of the series is Prof. ILS PAS Dr Hab. Małgorzata Łączkowska-Porawska.
