The Frontier Research Series publishes shorter volume monographs in Polish and English presenting the results of pioneering, cognitive, theoretical and practical research in legal sciences, leading to the creation of new knowledge, fundamental and groundbreaking results, changing the understanding of the legal environment and having a high application value in the socio-economic space.
Most of the monographs published as electronic publications in the Frontier Research series are made available under the Open Access model under the CC-BY 4.0 license.
The lead editor of the series is Prof. ILS PAS Dr Hab. Paweł Podrecki.
The series was initiated by Dr. Marina Foltea’s publication, titled:„EU-Tobacco Industry agreements and beyond”, which is the result of a project in the PMI Impact program. The authors of the monographs published in the series are prominent Polish and foreign lawyers and prominent legal scholars. The authors’ diverse and mixed experience guarantees a varied and unorthodox view of contemporary legal science.
