Dr Agnieszka Smoleńska jest adiunktką w Zakładzie Prawa Europejskiego INP PAN od 2021 r.

  • 2009 r. – tytuł Bachelor of Arts, University College London (Europejskie Studia Polityczne i Społeczne, specjalizacja: prawo)
  • 2010 r. – tytuł Master of Arts, Kolegium Europejskie w Natolinie (Europejskie Studia Interdyscyplinarne, specjalizacja: prawo rynku wewnętrznego)
  • 2020 r. – stopień doktora nauk prawnych (Doctor of Laws) nadany przez Europejski Instytut Uniwersytecki we Florencji. Rozprawa doktorska “Law and governance of EU cross-border bank groups after the Great Financial Crisis” pod kierunkiem prof. Stefana Grundmanna.

Dr Smoleńska od 2021 r. prowadzi w INP PAN badania naukowe realizowane w ramach trzyletniego grantu “Sonatina” NCN-2021/40/C/HS5/00134 pt. Zrównoważony kapitalizm w UE: instytucjonalna różnorodność transformacji rynków finansowych – prawna analiza ekonomii politycznej.
