Rozprawy Prawnicze. Seria monograficzna INP PAN [Law Dissertations] – a series of monographs containing comprehensive coverage of issues in selected branches of law. The series includes works on both legal theory and detailed legal dogmatics, meeting the criterion of basic research. The aim of the series is to present current and relevant research results in legal sciences. The dissertations published are characterised by comprehensiveness and insightfulness in the treatment of the subject of research, supported by the high quality methodological skills of the authors. The monographs collected in the series present original research results that have not been published anywhere before.
By creating the series Dissertations in Jurisprudence, the Publishing House of the ILS PAS intends to publish important, innovative and up-to-date monographs, which will be an important contribution to the development of jurisprudence and will also become a noticeable voice in the public debate, which will have a chance to influence the actions of the legislator and the bodies applying the law.
The series includes both author-authored and multi-author monographs, but on the condition that they are concise, coherent and the result of the work of a research team.
All monographs published meet the highest ethical standards prescribed for scientific papers and undergo a complex review process.
The authors are scientists from the Institute of Law Studies of the PAS and other leading research centres, so that this systematically supplemented collection of studies will form a knowledge base presenting a wide range of topical issues.
Rozprawy Prawnicze [Legal Dissertations] series is addressed to all those interested in in-depth studies of selected legal institutions and phenomena, which may prove to be an inspiration for further research as well as an invaluable aid in solving practical problems.
The series editor is Prof. Dr Hab. Mateusz Błachucki.
The Publishing House of ILS PAS is open to the publication of works by both experienced and young researchers. All manuscripts submitted to ILS PAS undergo a review process (internal and external). The outcome of the review decides whether they will be sent for publication.
